To keep our prices low and not charge you for extra designs that you may not need, quotes for our website design include one design and up to 4 minor revisions of that design to ensure you get exactly what you want. Beyond this, additional designs are charged at £100 each.

First, we calculate our quote based on the number of pages that you require. This basic cost will include the following:

• No frills, one page 'business card' type website.
• Search engine optimisation.
• Submission of site to dmoz.org

• Includes home page, contact page (with email form) & map if required.
• Editing of images supplied by you for use in the site.
• Search engine optimisation including submitting a site map to google.
• Submission of site to dmoz.org

Then we assess whether you require any additional features. Below are a few examples of additional features you might like to add to your site:

Please note that, as a small company, we cannot take on the design of large ecommerce sites. However, for smaller sites we would be happy to help you integrate certain shopping cart software such as Paypal or we can create a custom shopping cart for your site which can use a variety of payment processors.  Alternatively we can help you customise and install one of the many 'out of the box' ecommerce solutions, such as PrestaShop, Open Cart or Magento to name but a few.  Just contact us to discuss your requirements and we will suggest a solution best suited to your needs.

Maintenance/Changes to Pages:

It's always good to have an idea of how much it's going to cost you to keep your site up to date, especially since some companies who provide low cost websites charge you an absolute bomb to do even the tiniest of updates.  Here at Vanilla Gecko, we understand the importance of keeping a site up to date and don't think you should be penalised for doing so.  We think you'll find our costs are very reasonable and we even throw in a free half hour of maintenance every month!

Fees:
One half hour free per month
Then charged at £25/hour
All payable at the end of the month (and don't pay a penny if you don't need anything done!)

Unless otherwise stated, all graphic design quotes will include one design and up to 4 minor revisions of that design. Additional revisions are charged extra, at the hourly rate.

Printing

For a small fee, we can also deal with the printers for you, whether you choose to use our printers or your own. Finding quality printers offering reasonable costs is hard, so we are always happy to recommend our own printers, with whom we can also secure a special rate.
